Here at The Train Station you are getting top level coaching, our coaches are here to help you reach your goals or to simply just get you to enjoy your training. We have a great community and there’s nothing better than going to train and having a bit of social time too.

Meet Caitlin
Owner & Coach
Hi everyone, a little bit about me! I’ve always loved sport watching and participating, I attended a London University to study Dance of which I have a Dance Degree as well as a qualification in level 5 soft tissue massage therapy.
I love fitness and exercise and on returning to Bristol I was fortunate to add to my portfolio by becoming a qualified personal trainer. I trained for and ran my first 10K for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my Dad in early 2024.
I opened the Train Station gym in December 2024, I felt that there wasn’t a space that made every individual feel comfortable. I hope that The Train Station Gym offers this. Beginner to experienced, I want everyone to feel like they can go to the gym and enjoy it. I love to help people get the best out of themselves and reach their goals.
Just be yourself and meet your expectations, come and join in a class, meet new people and have a bit of fun and social time whilst training. My aim is that The Train Station will have you wanting to be at the gym. No matter your level this is the place for you.

Main focus on cardio with some weighted and body weight thrown into the mix.

FAQs
Can I move my session? Classes can be transferred once by 8pm the day before.
How do cancellations work?
You have up to 2 hours before the class to cancel, if you cancel after this time you will get 1 strike. If you get 3 in a month you will blocked from classes for a week
Is there a set up fee?
No there are no set up fees
What is your cancellation of memberships policy?
1 months notice.
